about
Claudio C
Visual Artist
Claudio is a British-Chilean visual artist whose work combines bold lino printing, expressive acrylic painting, and layered symbolism to explore themes of memory, identity, and belonging. Inspired by the landscapes and cultures of Latin America, his art weaves together personal and collective stories shaped by change, resilience, and connection.
His recent series, Raíces del Alma (Roots of the Soul) and Manos de Memoria (Hands of Memory), use stylised portraits and recurring symbols—eyes, hands, native plants, and abstract patterns—to reflect on the bonds between people, place, and heritage. Balancing clarity with emotion, Claudio’s work often evokes a sense of magical realism and timeless human experience.
His prints have featured in creative collaborations, where his distinctive visual storytelling complements music and visual culture with depth and originality. Continuing to evolve his practice, Claudio is now exploring new mediums and processes to expand the expressive possibilities of his visual language.
